Countdown like in the show 24
I’d like to do a countdown like in 24, but I don’t know how to. Is there a preset countdown effect where I can simply put in 00:10:00 and have it count down every second? (It’s going to be like a joke type knockoff).

You could emply the Numbers effect (under text in the effects menu) render the file and reverse the sequence.
I’m sure you could write an expression to set the source text of a text layer. Alternately you could keyframe the source text of a layer to change when you want.
