  • Correcting A Shot When Ground Glass is turned off?

i’m trying to correct a shot in a film that was shot with a 35 lens adaptor that had oscillating ground glass. unfortunately in this one shot the adaptor was turned off leaving a real nasty grunge on the plane, that does not move and is exteremely distracting given how sharp the rest of the film is. I’m trying to figure out a way to correct this in After Effects. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and are there any known solutions?
