Anyone know if there is a way to distort the dimensions of a frame within FCP, like using the Cornerpin in shake?

I want to be able to grab each corner of a frame and drag it to where i want, and for it to be animatable.

I can do it in other apps, but it would be really useful if i could do this in FCP as well.

Press D for the Distort tool and drag the corner of the image where you want. Or take it to Motion and use motion tracking with it.

    All the best,

It seems that Distort is NOT an alternative for the Corner Pin Effect in f.e. Adobe Premiere.

Distort bends the diagonals. The Corner Pin Effect keep them straight.

This basic effect is really not possible with FCP ?
In Motion it’s possible with the Adjust Four Corner tab. But I would not use Motion for such obvious effects.
