Copying FCP Using Migration Assistant
Trying to copy FCP 7 to new laptop from desktop. It asks for info and serial #, but after inputing this, the program doesn’t open. I stupidly loaned discs to friend who lost them. Any ideas on what may be wrong. Apple told me all programs should copy over using Migration.

Do you have the same administrator name on the new lap-top?
