  • Copying effect keyframes from one layer to another while keeping settings

I’m using the stroke effect to animate a line reveal, so I’ve changed the stroke effect’s default settings on my first layer to “Reveal Original Image” (using my mask), brush size at 4, hardness at 100%. My issue is that I have 100 other layers I want to use this same effect/keyframes on, so I just copied and pasted the keyframes to the other layers. Problem is that the settings within the effect that I changed are not copied over. Is there any way to copy an effect to a new layer to include the new settings I’ve made to that effect? Is there a way to not have to manually change this effect for every other layer manually?

(I know I could try to use an expression but I also want to control and stagger the reveals, and I’m not very well-versed in expressions.)

    Thanks

If you copy the effect, everything comes over, settings and key frames included.
