copying and pasting in photoshop in motion mode
Hello all,
I am trying to do a simple task of copying part of an image in a photoshop video layer and then trying to paste it in the next frame on the same layer. But each time I advance the playhead and paste, it creates a new layer.
An attempt at merging the layers results in a removal of the video element – and all the animation that goes with it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do not submit video motion mode.
