I haven’t used Cinema in a while and I’m a bit rusty. I’m using 9.6.. I have created an object and animated it. I want to copy the object and move it to a new location. The object stays put while it gets modified. Is there an easy way to do this or does it need to be done in the timeline by entering new coordinates? Should I have copied the object before I animated it and then copied the timeline and pasted it on the objects?

the ‘dead simple but wrong way’ – drop in a Null at world center make your copied object a child of the Null, move the Null
the ‘dead simple but right way’ – use the Animation tool
