  copy effect attributes

  I know there’s a way to do this,
  I’ve even done it in the past, but
  right now I can’t remember how.

  I have spent a long time setting keyframes on one effect.
  Now I want to use the same effect on the timeline,
  but only the CROP attributes.

  How do I copy the Crop attributes ONLY from one effect,
  and paste them to another effect?
