Cool Movie Effect with Abode Premiere or… AE??

I’m using Adobe Premier CS5 now. And I have AE CS5 also but I don’t use AE very much because it is too complicated for me….
But now I really want to do this kind of effect that I uploaded youtube movie and I was wondering that I can make something like this with only Premiere CS5 or I have to use AE….Please let me know how to make it. I know Premiere and AE can do so many things but it is very hard to find right way how to do it…

Is it possible I can just take a part into AE and making this effect and get back to Premiere time line??Please tell me if there is a website or tutorial for dynamic link to AE from Premiere and make this kind of effect on AE.

You can DL all you want but it’s about choosing the best tool for the job. I don’t know if you could build that in APP.
AE is where you want to be to build that.I understand you are a novice with AE. You will have to learn it to create stuff like that. IMO.
