Cookie Cutter Bug?
I have a few still images that I am panning and zooming on where I’m trying to blur an area of the image.
I am using pan/crop instead of track motion since I want to zoom in and make use of the full resolution of the images. So what I’m doing is creating a duplicate of the track (with the exact same pan/crop automation) and applying the cookie cutter and blur plug-ins to the top track, set to apply pre-pan/crop.
The problem is that when I zoom in too far, the cookie cutter starts to freak out and change size/position. Is this just a bug that hasn’t been fixed, or is there a solution that I’m not aware of?

I just realized I can accomplish this same task by creating a mask, so I guess that solves my problem.
Hopefully this can help someone else if they happen to run into the same issue.
