    Using File > Export > Using Quicktime Conversion:

    1.) How does changing the number of Key Frames affect the exported video?
    Does this determine how much it is compresed?

    2.) I am making video for Youtube and Vimeo. When do you want to deinterlace video? What are the guidelines for when I should do this?

    3.) If I change a video from 1080 to 640 x 360, should I use Preserve aspect ratio?

    Use Compressor. Export QuickTime Movie and drop that file into Compressor. Do a search for YouTube preset and go.
