  • Converting video files from Avid (omfi) to use in FCP X

    Hello,

I’ve got some files that I cut on avid a while ago that I want to use in an FCP X project.

Does anyone know the best export settings in avid to optimise the best quality to use in FCP X.

    Footage is SD

It’s for an online showreel which is mainly HD fooatge.

Any help would be much appreciated as there are a gazillion settings and I haven’t got a clue about which ones to use.

    Cheers,
    Javier
