    Hello Media 100 forum,

We have some QuickTime movie files that are currently in the Apple/Final Cut Pro color space of 0-255, and we would like to use the footage in a Media 100 project. Is there a way to convert the FCP QT movie to the 16-235 color space? Would I use the Media 100 (v. 13.0.4) or QuickTime Pro? Thanks for your help.

While importing, checking the “Scale Out-of-Range RGB Values” checkbox should accomplish this.

    Thanks Wick!

Up until now I have been converting finished Media 100 QT movies to the 0-255 color space for DVD Studio Pro. This will be the first time going the other way. It’s nice to know that it should be so easy to do with the Media 100. Thanks again.
