    Hello,
I’m working with HD 1080 23.9fps footage, I need to deliver a 16:9 and 4:3 version. In AVID i can just put a pan and san effect on the clips and still have my sequence at the right frame rate etc. I know I can drop the footage into a SD project and then changed the spatial conform to fill, which makes it 4:3, as I understand it? But this changes instantly to 25fps. Is there a way I can change my 16:9 footage to 4:3 but within my 23.98fps sequence?
Any help would be really appreciated!
    Thanks

You should post this question in either the FCX:Techniques or Final Cut Pro fora. This forum is for infinitely arguing the pros and cons of Apple itself and its ProLapse approach to ProApps.
