converting from HD to SD
I have footage in FCP that is 1440X1080 and I want to convert it down to 640×480. What is the best way to go about this? I am editing on Mac book Pro 10.7.2, FCP 7, with compressor 3.5.3. Thanks for any help.

Compressor. There are tons of presets. But again…what is the intended purpose of this output?

Sorry Shane I lost track of this post. Thank you for responding to me. I was trying to convert it down to fit into another project sequence. The whole project was changed and I did not have to do it. Thank you again for responding.
