  Converting Cineform Qicktime file to mp4 or xml

  I just rendered a project in Sony Vegas Pro 11 to a 13 GB Cineform Qicktime file. 1920×1080 HD .mov from my Canon 5dmark II. Project set at 23.97 fps. I have not been able to convert the cineform file to an mp4 and I’ve tried the vegas QT options for 1920×1080 as well as AVCHD and Main Concept etc and some 3rd part converters. I originally tried to render my original project to mp4 witout success. So know I’m rendering the cineform file but I’m still not having any success – but when I play it backmin Quicktime or windows media, the video either plays in slow motion, the audio is out of sync, video is choppy etc, The best mp 4 convert has been in Vegas as a AVCHD mp4 or Blue Ray but the audio is a bit off sync and the colors to dark and saturated. Can anyone help? I’ve matched the settings as best I can. Any solid third party convert software? More accurate SVP 11 settings?
