converting canon7d to FCP
Hello, at the moment I have taken the footage shot on a Canon 7D and am using Adobe After Effects to export it as a prores LT file. Each file is short, however is taking roughly 30 minutes a clip to render out. I have about 100 and they need to be exported all by tomorrow, which looks unlikely. Is there a quicker way to transcode? I tried MPEG Stream clip and it took just as long.

I would do it in FCP. It works great. You just need to install Cannon’s plug-in available on Cannon’s web site in the 7D section.
