  Converting Canon .MOV files to .AVI in CS4

  Hi group,

  I have some HD video clips shot with a Canon DSLR that are .MOV files at 1920×1080. That’s all the specs I have on the files. I’m using CS4 and I want to convert to an .AVI file, then down convert to 480 SD (which I can do). I understand that CS5 has DSLR presets to start the sequence, and CS4 doesn’t. Unfortunately, I dont have CS5. My question is: At 1920×1080, what would be the best preset that’s available in CS4 to choose? If you’ve crossed this bridge and had successful results, any advice would be appreciated.
