converting audio rate
i just got done doing a live recording session into media 100 digitizing at 48000 hz, but the editor working on this project is still on 44100. how can i convert the files and still maintain it’s filenames in the bin i have placed them in?

Probably the best way is to export all the clips separately (maybe using the “export all clips” AppleScript) and then to reimport them with 44 kHz. I think that the clip names from the bin will be used as the clip names on export (and then also on re-import). Otherwise you have to modify the AppleScript to take the clip names as the filenames for export.
