Converting a voice recorded with shotgun to sound like a lav
New(ish) to audition and working on a project where I have a newscaster interviewing a subject off-site. The newscaster has a lav mic and I want to match that with my off-site subject who was eating a shotgun mic. Is there a way to accomplish this in audition easily? Basically my interview subject sounds like the mic is an inch away from his mouth and I want it to sound like the mic is 8 inches away where a lav would typically be.
