    Hey all,
I have finished project that was shot and edited in Final Cut Pro at 720/23.98. I need to deliver a HD-SR Cam 1080/23.98 and a Digibeta NTSC 29.97. I was hoping to bring a post house a quicktime file of the 1080/23.98 version and a NTSC 29.97 version and have them output it to the correct tape format. My question is what is the best way to up-convert to 1080/23.98 and what is the best way to down convert and change frame rates to NTSC 29.97 using FCP or another software based solution?

Thanks in advance for you help

    Patrick

The post house should be able to do the Cross-conversion and the down-conversion from your 720p file.

The AJA Kona3 (and some of the newer ones) can do this with no problem. If adds the pulldown for the SD also.
