Hello Guys, I’m pretty new to this editing career and I need some help.. T T

I’ve got H.264 footages from DSLR camera and I recompressed them to Apple pro res 422 LT for editing with final cut pro 7. with this sequence setting:

Then I need this following output:

    Video Codec: XDCAM HD 422 50mbps 1920x1080i @25fps
Audio Codec: 8 channels 24bits PCM
    Wrapper: .MXF

What is the best way the get this outcome with the accurate codec and vdo quality?

    Thank you very much..

First off, you need to have your audio mixed and laid out on the timeline properly. Meaning what’s required as the audio deliverable be mixed and exported as 8 audio STEMS. Put those 8 STEMS on the timeline, go into the Sequence Settings, AUDIO tab. Make the output 8 channels…all DUAL MONO.

Then go to the FILE menu, EXPORT…SONY XDCAM.
