    hello everyone
    new to adobe after effects, realize this is probably a very remedial question, I have imported footage as a QuickTime movie which is 720 x 576 (1.07) I need to convert the file to 720 x 576 d1/dv pal widescreen (1.42) separating upper………..can anyone help
