  Convert dual mono to true stereo

  I have a music track in a video project (Avid) that was believed to be stereo, when in fact after viewing it on a phase scope it’s just doubled-up mono. The supplier requires true mono and they told me there is a way to “fake it” in soundtrack pro. My question is, is there a way to “fake it” in Soundbooth?
