    Convert a PAL clip to NTSC for use in a NTSC project

    I have one clip of PAL footage I want to use in my NTSC project. It will be converted professionally before finishing, but what is the best way to convert it to use in my current sequences (29.97 DV/DVCPRO-NTSC)
