    Hey all,

So I’ve been experimenting with RealFlow which allows u to create realistic water effects etc. I’ve imported a mesh from the program and was wondering if there’s any way to freeze frame it? I want to stop the mesh from animating so I can pan and zoom around it and then resume playback.

    Any ideas?

If you want to hold an animation at a certain frame you can go into the animation palette and set a couple of keyframes. Generally you’ll have one at the beginning and one at the end. Then add another at the frame where you want to hold the animation. Then CONTROL drag that keyframe down however many frames you want it to hold. The CONTROL drag will duplicate the EXACT keyframe. Now if you watch it, it will sort of hold but do a little jiggle. You can right click on the 2 “hold” keyframes and select CLAMP at the bottom of the menu.
