controlling the HVX 200 in FCP
I am trying to capture from my P2 card directly to a project bin in FCP but can’t control the camera. What am I doing wrong or is there a different way to do this? I use a fire wire cable do I need to use a USB Cable instead. I am also looking for info on recording directly to an external Hard Drive…. RM

I don’t really know, how do I tell? I have captured by activating the capture mode and starting the playback then I can control the camera with the keyboard. RM
