Hi, is there a way of controlling how frequent an object is used in a clone?

For example, I would like the Torus to only appear twice… or 10% of the time, rather than them being evenly distrubuted:

Someone better versed in xpresso than I am may be able to supply a more elegant solution, but since a cloner will cycle through whatever objects (and their order) are placed inside it, just create your desired sequence there.

Of course, that’s a very simple solution. Thanks

on a sidenote: If I have 20,000 of these clones all clumped together, and I want to turn that clump into 1 polygon object (with no intersections) what’s the best way of doing that?

I’ve tried mograph cache bake.. and a connect object, but it doesn’t seem to work properly, some of the instance objects are missing

I’m not sure what you’re trying to do, so for best exposure I would suggest creating a new post and describing (and including a simple project file if possible) just what you’re trying to accomplish. That way readers may be able to offer some solutions to your question, and perhaps suggest other approaches to your ultimate goal.
