  • control precomp playback (frame number) by a slider

    Hi everyone, it’s my first post here and I hope someone will help me with this:

    I’ve created an image sequence and precompose it, now I need to control its playback by a slider, so when slider is animated from 1 to 100 image sequence plays from frame 1 to 100 and backwards.

    I’m not very good in expressions, please help me out.
    Thanks!

    Depending on what you’re doing, it might be as simple as a time remapping expression like this:

    f = effect(“Slider Control”)(“Slider”);
    framesToTime(f)

    Thanks for replay.
    Image sequence is actually eyes blinking and I want to animate it.
    That simple expression may work fine for this, I’ll try it.
    Thanks again.
