I’ve stopped a rendering of an tiff image sequence half way in Vegas Pro. I’d like to continue the rendering but can’t find a way to switch on the continual serial sequence. It starts over at filename_0000000.tif but I obviously would like to continue with the number where it left of. Any ideas on how to do this?

Since this is not possible, I would render the rest to a new folder then use a utility like Bulk Rename Utility to rename the files to start where the others left off. That should work.

    That’s what i’m doing now.
It is common for renderengines to be able to do this;.. after effects, 3Ds max etc all give the option of “skip existing frames”. That way more machines than one can be used to render a sequence.
This is a missed opportunity of Vegas.
    thanks for your answer.
