Contacting Adobe – faulty product
Is there anyway I can contact someone at Adobe, so I can talk to them about a problem I have with After Effects.
I would ideally like to call them.. but short of signing up to the expensive support plan.. I can’t find any contact number or mail address.
The problem I have is, my copy of AE ver7.0 won’t read Softimage zpics. I have tried them on another version and they work fine. I have uninstalled completley, to no avail…
any help would be great

Before you call, make sure that the same files you are having a prob with in 7 open in 6.5. In the past I’ve had panicks where I though a new version software couldn’t read something an older version could read, but then I discovered the older version couldn;t read it iether becasue it was partially corrupt.
