  Connecting to server

  I have some problems connecting to clients servers via fetch and mac “go to server” commands.

  In one instance when I connect to their servers, I get an error “Sorry the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred error code -41

  Also, when these clients upload to my ftp, hosted by godaddy, I cant open there files when I try to download them. Sometimes they crash my finder.

  What could be the problem. Even when they zipit, It still has errors. They are mostly PC users as well.
