I believe Crawford Communications is closing it’s doors. Whether it’s due to to Walter’s groundbreaking has yet to be disclosed.

No they’re not closing. They sold off the satellite communications arm of things and are looking to move back into the downtown area. Last I heard they were talking to VTA about potentially moving in there or something like that. Maybe they want to buy them.

Thanks kindly Don! It was a an exciting day on Friday with all of us out there taking the pictures and watching the guy run the dozer knocking down the trees. At least it was uneventful with no police required, like the first day of construction! 🙂
The very cool thing is we are keeping all of our rates exactly the same. We’re still going to very much be a small facility with the same low rate mentality and I’m hopeful we might even be an incubator facility for some folks looking to start their own companies. And we’ll be a place where folks can bring their FCP projects for finishing.
Myself and whomever else on my staff gets to the keyboard will be updating the BCM blog on an almost daily basis as we watch the facility grow. And of course we’ll copy updates over to our Cow Blog as well. Creative Cow has been a huge part of our growth over the years and one of our edit suites will be named “The Pasture” with a Cow motif.
