Confused with final cut, motion, color, etc..
I did some FCP projects (very simple stuff) and I’m confused when I want to add some cool titles I saw. And easy example is a title following a point on the screen.
This is done by Motion 4. The question is: for that example normally you work on FCP then export the movie then create a Motion project, import the movie, do this silly but cool title, export the movie and upload it.. is that the normal workflow? or es any easier way to work through these applications or FCP can do this simple stuff…

Round tripping is much easier.
Select the clip or clips and right click on it. Choose Send to Motion. Add graphics and save project. Then go back to FCP and you will see the clip has been changed to a Motion project file and is updated. You don’t have to export out anything if you don’t want to. Best of luck.
