Conforming Audio Issue
I have a project that I open in Premiere Pro CS4. Everytime I open the project it attempts to conform the audio from one of my reels but fails before it completes everytime. It works fine on one of my machines but not on the one I am using.
I have a total of 6 camera reels that are all the same format and only 1 of them does not conform the audio properly. So as it stands everything that I have cut using that reel does not have audio.
Things I have tried to fix it have been deleting the XMP file but that did not do anything. I also tried exporting an AAF file from the system it works on but that also did not work – still gave me the same error. I even embedded audio but no success.

You’ll need to clean the cache via Preferences > media…
Then relaunch PPro and let the conforming finish before you start editing it again.
You can see the conforming build with a little orange bar at the bottom right.

I tried this. I even uninstalled all of my software and re-installed it but I am still running into the same issue.
Any other ideas? It is only happening to one of the camera reels.
