Conforming Audio
I have a classic audio dilemma. I am cutting a make up application video in HD. I have audio that was recorded in a photo studio with a shotgun mic (with a moderate amount of echo because of a lack of sound insulation) I also have VO recorded in a professional studio. In the video, I cut back and forth between the VO segments and the photo studio segments.
The disparity between the two different audio tracks is too distracting right now. What is the simplest solution for making the photo studio audio less echoey and slightly more full like the VO tracks that reside in the same timeline.
1. EQ clip by clip in Final Cut Pro?
2. Purchase WAVES bundle that addresses the echo and lacking bottom end on photo studio?
3. Export entire audio (dialogue) track and import into Logic Studio? Then use what EQ or plug-ins?Any info or resources you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Try all three, but I don’t think you’ll be happy with the results.
#4. Add music to the cuts. Music eats up reverb.
