  Concert to .wmv at 320×240 Audio Sync Issue

  Greetings ~

  I ultimately need a 320×240 .wmv file.

  My first question is will better quality result by exporting a 720×480 frame re-sized to 320X240 in export or should I re-size the project before export?

  I’ve been experimenting with different exporting processes to end up with a .wmv at 320×240 – trying variations with QT, Compressor, and Squeeze… I’m getting acceptable quality in some cases, but the audio is out of sync whichever export method I try…

  Any advise, suggestions, tips are really appreciated.
