Comps that act dependent of one another
Hi guys,
Okay, this may be a little confusing because is very specific so i am going to try to be as clear as possible.In the image below theres 5 comps. My question is, is there a way, for example, that if i scale down the hight of comp 5, the comp 3 resizes on itself and fills the empy space left by the comp 5?
I want the comps to act dependent of one another. If one scales the other ones react to that scale on their own. Is this possible?

An easy way? Not that I can think of.
My first thought would be to create an object for each line separating each composition. This would drive a mask for each one.
Then each composition would get scaled to fill that. So rather than using the scale tool, you would move the dividing lines, and the comps would scale.This will require a fair amount of expressions, and a decent amount of math. So if you aren’t great at that, make friends with Dan Ebberts.
