Compressor_Movie Factory mpg2 won’t play in MF6
I need to export an mpg2 file with imbedded audio for import into Ulead Movie Factory 6 for DVD authoring. Compressor has a preset for this. When I bring the file into Movie Factory, it won’t play. It just sits on the first frame. I haven’t tried the PC mpg2 file preset; it looks like it’s the same parameters as the MF file. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks.

Movie Factory requires the audio be embedded with the mpg2. It will not combine them in the authoring. I’ve used this program for years, first MF 3 and now MF 6. It’s a consumer program that is very easy to use and does a nice job. But I’ve never used it with FCP before. I was happy to see Compressor already had a preset for this, but it doesn’t seem to work once I import it into Movie Factory.
