compressor not creating video files only sound

I use dvd fastest encode 120 minutes(2 settings) or best quality 150 minutes it doesnt seem to matter where the destination is.
I have done this many times without a problem before and now it seems to only create a sound file, I always set the destination the same.

Did trashing the preferences work? I’m having the same problem. I have compressed multiple (about 10) files from Final Cut directly to Compressor. I choose “Best Quality 150 minutes” and submit it. The compression has worked for everything except my largest file. It looks like it compresses everything (it goes through over 20,000 frames) and takes 12 hours to do so, but then only the audio file shows up. I’ve tried it twice now. Any thoughts would be helpful!
