  Compressor 3 issues beach balls yikes!

  Compressor 3 is freaking out. Beach balls when I load clips as well as when I add export settings.
  I’ve been using FCP / Compressor a year and years but lately this has been happening more and more.
  I did erase the plist already with no help… any other suggestions?
