    hi.

    I have a 5:30 min black and white animation. THe Original is 250 mb, with QT pro i cant get it smaller than 55 mb. Below that that its to blurry. I tried the animation, cinepak and the sorenson 3 compressor….

    Does anyone know a good freeware compression program?

    I would give Windows Media a try.

    What size frame are you using? Can you reduce it? The smaller the frame the smaller the file. The lower the frame rate, the smaller the file. Reduce both for optimum results if at all possible.
