I am in the process of finalizing a project in DVD architect. The file is 4.9 GB, which is too large for a standard DVD. Is there a free program that will allow me to compress without losing quality? Worse case scenario, I can burn to a dual layer DVD, does anyone have any tips for burning dual layer discs?

    Thanks in advance.

No, your best option is to render with a lower bit-rate which will produce a smaller file, or use a dual-layer DVD.
