    Hi there,

I am wondering if you could please give me some guidance.

I am receiving my Adobe Video Collection Profesional Monday or Tuesday. Can’t wait for it to arrive! Now I have Windows XP Pro SP2 on my system at the moment.

Is there any problems if I install 64-Bit Windows running the Adobe software on it ? I understand that the Adobe software is still 32-Bit apps and will run as that, but I’m gonna format my system either way, and I’m not sure if I should install Xp Pro SP2 again, or x64 Edition?

Please if someone could tell me if they have experienced any problems with x64 Edition?

    Thanks,
    Derrick

We recently took delivery of dell precision 380s running windows XP x64. After Effects seems to run really well…no problems so far.

    Hope this helps,

    Adam

    Hi there,

thanks for the reply Mr. Stern.

I’m checking out your Demo Reel at the moment. Looks very good!
What software do you mainly use for the VFX ?

    Thanks,
    Derrick

    Hi Derrick,

    Thanks for the kind words!

We use Maya for 3D, photoshop, after effects and Fusion5. We’ve also done some stuff in Shake.

    Regards,

    Adam
