Compatibility question again
Sorry about this…I have many projects started with FCP HD 4.5 and want to finish editing them in FCP Express 4.
Will the project open in FCP Express 4?

Express will not open FCP projects. Don’t even think FCP 4 would open FCP 4.5 projects.

Thanks. That is bad news. I wish I could just buy Final Cut Pro 7 and not the entire studio package!

Final Cut Pro 4.5 was more expensive than the current Studio. You need to look at it like you are buying FCP and getting everything else for free.
