Compare and change Marker color Script question

Hi, is there a way to modify the color of a marker based on two layers having the same marker in the same location but the text inside is different?

Example. If I had two identical layers with markers at the same points, and inside had the same text content, but later on the second layers markers text content inside some of the markers have changed, is there some kind of script that will compare both layers markers and if the marker text content does not match, then that marker color will be changed to, say RED?

I know it must be possible with the command:
myMarker.label = 1; // red
But the comparison part is beyond me.
