  Comp settings for HDV material

  When I want to do some work on HDV footage, what should my comp settings be? Does AE 7 have a preset for HDV? I am shooting with a sony Z1 in 50i (PAL). And once I am done with working in AE, what is the best way to export my HDV material to maintain the quality and apsect ratio for when I bring it into Final Cut Pro?
