  “Communication” between Focusrite 2i2 and Behringer U-Phoria UM2?

  Hi,
  First, let me just say, I have a very novice recording setup, closet booth in one room and control in the other room. Recently I purchased a Behringer U-Phoria UM2 to use just for talkback and headphone control in the booth. I’m using Adobe Audition CC to record and have it set up with Buses so that I can play backing tracks into the headphones for the talent while monitoring on my computer. I’m looking though for a setup so the talent can hear themselves through the headphones.

  To simplify –
  Talent Mic plugged into Focusrite 2i2.
  Monitors connected to Focusrite.

  Talkback mic plugged into Behringer UM2.
  Talent Headphones plugged into Behringer UM2.

  Mac Adobe Audition CC Hardware setup with an aggregate device.

  Simplified question – Is there a way to have the Focusrite direct monitor through the Behringer UM2 headphones as well as my monitors?
