    Hi,

I’m fairly experienced with the basics of editing with Final Cut Pro, but this is one function I can’t seem to figure out. Often when I shoot, I’ll use a boom which is hooked up to a Zoom recorder and sync the audio using a clapper board. Is there any way I can take the audio from the camera off, and attach the Zoom recording and make them stick together so when I cut the video, I cut the audio as well?

    Thanks,

    Lawson

Yes. When you have a video clip laid in the timeline and a separate audio clip synced with it, highlight the two and press Command + L.
