Why is it that I can’t see the Colorista 2 wheels and GUI in CS5.5? Is it a bug? I just purchased Premiere and was looking forward using Colorista with it.

I can’t get colorista to work here on PrPro 5.5 – crashes every time. Will see if there’s an upgrade.

    Best, Ken.

I use Colorista 2 on my CS5.5 Premiere Pro system with no issues.

So I wonder what I need to do to see the GUI like I see in After Effects? Any Adobe people on here?

Adobe folks are on vacation this week.

    1. Assign Colorista 2 to a clip.
    2. Go to Effect Controls.
    3. Go down 4 lines to Primary 3 Way

    Spin down the “twirly”

Your welcome. I went thru the same situation when I first started using it in Premiere 😀

I’m thinking of getting Colorista 2 also… although right now you might consider me as one in “waiting mode” for adobe CS6…

Since Adobe bought Iridas – I am confident that they would be implementing an online Color Grading workflow with Iridas technology… not to mention that Resolve would now be available for Windows system by NAB this year!
